DEVELOPING AT U9

LOOK UP. JOIN THE PLAY.

Individual technique becomes more useful when players begin to recognise space and support the person on the ball. The U9 stage connects confidence with simple decisions: when to carry, when to pass and where to move next. A willingness to try and learn is the starting point for future progress.
